This one day course provides delegates with an understanding of the high level structure described within Annex SL including its impact on ISO 9001:2015 An awareness of the Quality Management principles and their application throughout the standard is provided together with an understanding of the concept of risk and risk based thinking.

Delegates will gain an understanding of both the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

    Virtual Class Technical Requirements
    To access a virtual class you must have the following:

    • A PC or laptop with good (1Mbps or more) internet access
    • A microphone and speaker or headset (recommended)
    • Webcam (preferably)
    • Chrome web browser
    • Ability to access Google drive (you do not need a personal account but your laptop / PC must not block access)
