This course is a recognised subject within its own right, this course is also one of the core modules in the full APICS CPIM programme and is ideal for those who wish to gain CPIM in bite sized pieces
The learning objectives of APICS Production & Inventory Management Part 2 are designed to offer an array of benefits. The programme will add to your functional knowledge as well as explore complex concepts that will increase your skills, knowledge, and overall value to employers and their organisations.
Strategic Management of Resources (SMR)
Master Planning of Resources (MPR)
Session 2:
Detailed Scheduling & Planning (DSP)
Execution & Control of Operations (ECO)
To date over 100,000 professionals are CPIM certified, developing and demonstrating their production and inventory management knowledge and skills. The skills and knowledge demonstrated in successfully completing the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management programme are highly sought after. Focusing on an organisation’s internal operations and offering an in-depth look at production and inventory, the CPIM delivers a comprehensive view of materials management, forecasting, production planning and more.
Earning APICS CPIM designation requires passing CPIM part 1 and CPIM part 2 exams. These exams can be taken in isolation, however, if the full designation is not required.
The modules will run as follows:
Module 1: 19th - 21st October 2022
Module 2: 2nd - 4th November 2022
*Please note: you must have completed CPIM Part 1 before you can attend CPIM Part 2.*
