October 23, 2019 Insights Earlier this year, 22 international supply chain, technology and recruitment experts from diverse industry sectors spent a day together to discuss the state of the Supply Chain Management profession and the challenges it faces. The lively round table discussion, facilitated by SMMT Industry Forum and jointly hosted with the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), provided an opportunity for senior professionals from companies including Airbus, DHL, John Lewis, Lockheed Martin, Nissan and Volkswagen to compare and contrast the situation in different industries and to look in some depth at the issues common to all.
