VDA 6.3 – Workshop for Certified Process Auditors (ID 341)

In order to conduct VDA 6.3 process audits, comprehensive knowledge, experience and competence is necessary. Thus, the qualification of relevant personnel is indispensable. After successful completion of the qualification for VDA 6.3 process auditor, the question arises of continuous further development: Again and again, while conducting audits in practice, auditors will encounter situations in which handling or appropriately assessing requirements leads to uncertainties. This training offers the chance to discuss such situations in everyday audit practice with the participants and an expert, and to determine the appropriateness and application of requirements and assessments.

This training is for certified process auditors VDA 6.3 (2023), who cannot prove the required number of process audits for the extension of their auditor qualification.

• Practical applications of the process audit as a tool for analysing weaknesses in combination with risk assessments and as a basis for improvement measures.
• The theoretical part focuses on the subjects of audit preparation and audit planning as well as evaluation.
• The application of the VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool will also be discussed.
• In the practical part, the audit preparation, audit planning, the execution of process audits with final evaluation and the presentation of results (final discussion) are trained in role plays and according to given scenarios.

In this one-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their process auditor skills, share their day-to-day experience, and develop their user skills. The participants thus increase their security in the application of process audits and receive suggestions for the development of their auditor competence.

At the end of this workshop delegates will received a VDA certificate of attendance.
