NPLX Programme - Module 4: Manufacturing Process Design Development & Managing Product Quality
The Process Design/Development and Managing Product Quality module is designed to ensure that Production Engineers have the necessary knowledge and essential skills appropriate to their role to effectively contribute to successful new product launch.
The Process Design/Development and Managing Product Quality module forms part of the NPLX (New Product Launch Excellence) Programme.
Individuals who are responsible for defining and working out how the product will be assembled on the production line including the review of efficiencies and the elimination of waste within the manufacturing process.
The NPLX programme up-skills suppliers and provides the catalyst for dramatic improvements in new product launch capability.
The Process Design & Development module aims to provide Production Engineers with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective new product launch.
