This interactive two-day course provides practical, hands-on training in applying the 8D process effectively within your organisation. It is ideal for anyone involved in problem-solving, quality assurance, customer complaints, or continuous improvement activities

This course will highlight the value of a Structured approach and will focus on the term ‘8D’ which is commonplace in engineering and manufacturing organisations.
The ‘D’ stands for ‘disciplines’ and throughout the two-day course we will continue to emphasise that having the organisational discipline to follow the steps, is as important at as the steps themselves.
