The assessment establishes a common definition of supply chain management processes to help organisations produce a common Supply Chain Management evaluation that can be used by all business partners both internal and external.

You will understand the structure, content and how to complete the MMOG/LE assessment, navigate the assessment, including the scoring system and how to evaluate the assessment results. You will then be able to determine the robustness of existing internal processes, implement and verify improvement action plans and confirm and sustain MMOG/LE compliance.
