NPI projects often don’t have specific expert project management resource allocated. It commonly falls to design and development engineers to run projects in amongst their other responsibilities, without the cross-functional support for project activities or escalation of issues. This one day Essentials course has been developed to provide a rapid introduction to core Project Management Principles. They are most powerful when aligned and integrated with an effective NPI process (see our New Product Introduction Essentials course).
This course is intended for anyone involved in implementing, managing or directing projects in an organisation.
This course will equip delegates to be able to assess the current project management approaches within their organisation and implement improvements. The course provides a high level of interaction and exercises so that delegates can gain a practical understanding of application of the tools and share experiences with others.
The project management tools can be equally applied to any project within the organisation.
