IATF16949/ISO45001 Combined Internal Auditor

This course will help auditors develop relevant skills in judgement, decision making, audit planning, audit non-conformity writing and subsequent close out related to both IATF16949:2016 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

The practical emphasis of this course and high tutor to delegate ratio provides a great opportunity for individual guidance, support and learning.
Delegates will receive a copy of the IATF 16949:2016 – Technical Specification standard but need to provide their own copy of ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.

This course is designed for auditors supporting an organisations internal audit programme and others who have a working knowledge of quality and health and safety management systems with or without any previous auditing experience.

The following topics are covered during the training course:

• Delegates will understand the high level structure management system standards. (Annex SL).
• Delegates will understand the structure and content of the two management systems.
• Delegates will understand how risk management is incorporated into management systems and how this risk based approach should be applied to auditing.
• Delegates will learn the skills required to become competent in structuring, planning and undertaking internal system audits.

Delegates will understand the high-level structure of the standards and its integration with other management systems such as ISO9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015.

Delegates will understand how ISO45001:2018 supports an organisation’s Occupational Health and Safety legal responsibilities.

This will provide, audit theory, auditor competence, process approach as well as auditing Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and internal audit process.

Upon completion of the course you will receive an Industry Forum certificate of attendance.
