The scope of IATF 16949:2016 covers all supporting functions including Supply Chain operations both within the manufacturing sites and at remote sites such as Distribution Centres, Value Add Centres etc. Through this Course learn how to develop a fully compliant, high performance Supply Chain Organisation.
This Supply Chain for IATF 16949 course is designed for Supply Chain Professionals, from Director through to Project Managers responsible for ensuring a compliant Supply Chain operation.
Learn the specific Clauses and Requirements contained within IATF16949 relevant to Supply Chain and how to develop and operate a compliant business process.
Through this process gain an understanding of how to assess your current Supply Chain operation, identify gaps and develop improvement plans.
